Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
At an aerial hoop class we will start with a full body warm up, making sure we are ready for the movements we will be learning.
For beginners we will initially learn how to get on and off the hoop, spinning on the hoop and getting comfortable with grip. In doing all of this you will increase your strength, flexibility and fitness. And you will get a full body workout!
Once you have mastered the basics you can then move onto learning more advanced moves and a routine.
At the classes you will be taught at a level that is appropriate and safe for you.
Beginners Aerial Hoop
Tuesdays 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Higher Aerial Hoop
Tuesdays 8 p.m. – 9 p.m.
